The service

Easy Photo Passport uses AI to convert a photo you upload into a photo formatted to the published requirements of a passport, visa or ID authority. You can preview the result for free. Paying unlocks the watermark-free, full-resolution download.

Compliance and acceptance

We format photos to the official specifications of the country you select and check the result against those specifications. The final decision to accept a photo always belongs to the issuing authority, and some authorities require photos taken by an approved photographer or transmitted through a certified channel. Check the current official rules for your application before you submit. If your photo is rejected, our refund policy applies.

Your photo, your responsibility

• You must own the photo you upload or have the permission of the person in it.
• The AI adjusts background, lighting, framing and eyewear only. It must not be used to alter a person's identity, and you must not use the output to misrepresent who you are.
• You must not upload unlawful, abusive or sexual content, or images of anyone under 16 unless you are their parent or guardian.

Accounts

Downloading requires signing in with Google so we can link purchases to you and deliver your photos securely. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once per purchase; there are no subscriptions. Payments are processed by Polar.sh as merchant of record, which means Polar.sh is the seller on your receipt and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Licence

You keep all rights to the photo you upload. Once you have paid, you receive a perpetual licence to use the generated photo for any lawful personal purpose. We keep only the limited rights needed to store, display and deliver the photo to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and we will refund any purchase we cannot deliver.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for missed travel, application fees or other indirect losses caused by a rejected photo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
